As a part of their long-term strategy, as well as lead by the willingness of being a pioneer within the group, our Client embraced the opportunity to make changes in their BSS systems, their IT organization and overall IT operational model.
Solution
Six years after successfully completing implementation of end-to-end integrated BSS stack and continuous support and functional extension of the CRM and Order Execution related systems, the Client awarded ITgma with a long-term outsourcing contract for IT Managed services in CRM domain that included transfer of 15 experts and 9 systems to our company. ITgma provides an efficient managed service for the outsourced systems, enabling significant cost optimization in a seven-year period.
